I've ALWAYS been heavily involved in how music moves people. The advent of exciting technological advancements in DJ software has transformed the role of the DJ as well as where you might see them. DJs now have opportunities that extend way beyond the lounge or club night to creating soundscapes and audio excursions for a host of installations, museums, gallery openings, and performance art.
I play in situations that call for a sophistcated ear with underground eclecticism that makes an installation stand apart allll while keeping the sound accessible allll with the ability to morph into serious gettin' down, without losing it's refined quality.
THIS strange obscure place is where I excel as an artist and DJ. You don't need me to play the Billboard Top 20. You need me to move you in a way you never thought you'd move, with beautiful, sexy, scintillating or thumping sounds you've never heard before...I'll create a sonic experience that will make your project, performance or opening sound unique, as well as accessible.
Or...I'll make you dance your ASS OFF. :)
